Framework

2” x 3 “ quality timber with studs at a maximum 24” centres are standard.

Cladding

All cladding is tongue and groove shiplap finished to 5/8” the 3’ canopy is also lined with
Tongue and groove boards.

Doors

Tongue and groove boarding on a 2” x 3” frame with fully intermediate noggins to prevent
Vermin.

Kickboards

11mm OSB board is fitted as standard to the height of 4’ with intermediate noggins to    prevent vermin. Plywood can be specified at an extra cost.

Windows

Fully Glazed window with mesh guard is fitted as standard.

Roof

Boarded and covered with high quality mineral felt. Height to eaves 7’ height to apex 9’.

Delivery

Delivery and erection on a pre made base + 10% of prices within 60 miles from Fishlake.
